    Job Overview:

    The Delivery Manager, based in India, is responsible for overseeing and managing project deliveries related to Microsoft Stack Technologies and Artificial Intelligence solutions. This role involves collaborating with teams and clients in both India and the United States to ensure successful project execution, client satisfaction, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage project deliveries related to Microsoft technologies and AI solutions, coordinating with teams and clients in both India and the United States.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and delivery requirements, and develop comprehensive delivery plans and strategies tailored to both markets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographic locations to allocate resources effectively and ensure the availability of necessary skills and expertise for project execution.
    • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to both Indian and US-based stakeholders.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and promptly address any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders in both India and the United States, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and providing timely support.
    • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members across borders, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies in both India and the United States, particularly those related to data privacy and security.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional development and growth within the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or delivery management, preferably with a focus on Microsoft technologies and AI solutions.
    • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams across different geographic locations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across borders.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and AI solutions, such as Azure cloud services, Cognitive Services, etc.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
    • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages spoken in India and the United States is a plus.
    • Flexibility to travel within India and the United States, as required by project needs.
