Sales Executive role in an agriculture company specializing in manufacturing agricultural equipment.

  • Primary responsibility: Expand dealer network by identifying potential dealers, establishing contact, and promoting products through telecalling.
  • Goal: Secure sales appointments for the sales team, driving business growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Prospecting:Use web search tools, industry directories, and other sources to find potential dealers and distributors.
  • Product Promotion:Communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points of agriculture equipment to potential dealers.
Highlight how products meet their customers' needs and enhance their business.

  • Database Management:Maintain an accurate and uptodate dealer database with contact details, communication history, and preferences.
  • Sales Conversion:Utilize persuasive selling techniques during telecalling to convert prospects into active customers.
Secure sales orders and cultivate long-term relationships.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Agriculture or relevant experience in the Agriculture industry.
  • Language: Proficiency in Kannada.
  • Assets: Laptop for workrelated tasks.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
