Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads or databases. Introduce our Courses to potential customers and explain their benefits and features.
Follow a script or pitch provided by the company, but also be able to adapt and personalize conversations as needed.
Provide accurate information to customers and answer their questions about Courses. Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions with customers. Record details of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database or CRM system. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, sales, and lead generation.Age Limit 18 to 28
