Description

Assembly fitters have 3 years of experience in industrial gearbox knowledge such as bevel, helical, and worm gearboxes with individual handling.

Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, Assembly drawings, and parts lists; gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Positions parts and subassemblies by using fixtures and reading measurements.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring completed components as per the assembly & principal dimensions drawing
Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; it will correct by Lathe ( machine operation added advantage)
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
The assembler can assemble the gearbox individually as per drawing.

Salary:
₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
