Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Conducting career assessment & counselling for the school students from class 6th-12th.
  • Designing career pathways which will help to build excellence in future.
  • Progressive career counselling sessions based on Neuro-Brain mapping reports and provide guidance to achieve dream career.
  • Conducting Adolescent/Parent counselling session.
  • Maintaining database and regular follow ups and coordination with parents and students.
  • Providing Psychological education.
  • Providing crisis intervention.
  • Providing immediate mental health support & counselling.
  • Seminar in schools to explain the product offerings and its benefits.
  • School meetings to explain school authorities which can help in lead conversions.

Required Qualification:


  • Masters in Counselling Psychology.
  • Knowledge of Neuropsychology is a plus.
