Description
***- Assist the Sales Manager in driving profitability and ensuring closures and business volumes.

  • Ensure to sell on the aesthetics of brand and product.
  • Followup on lead funnel and pipeline, participate in weekly reviews towards creating visibility of week, fortnight and monthly funnel.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in Business Development by liaising with developers and approaching them for upcoming launches.
  • Source leads via multiple channels channel partners, business associations, RWAs, corporate parks, etc. along with the Sales Manager
  • Drive and curate site visits and revisits, explain project details, followed by pricing and follow ups.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in getting onground information with regular competition visits, best sales practices, site experiences and aggregating pricing and offer strategies

PRE-REQUISITES

  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Salary:
Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
