Position Overview:


This is a travelling profile which includes daily local as well as outstation travel as and when required by the process.


The Sales Executive is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, achieve sales targets set by the organization, developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships and keep track on payments.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales principles and market dynamics.

Job Profile:


  • To regularly visit existing or potential customers as per instructions from your reporting manager.
  • To send Quotes, P.I. to the customers timely and keep follow up.
  • Negotiate enquiries in discussion with management & try to convert enquiries into orders.
  • Follow up balance payments (if any) and make sure to receive them within due date.
  • To enhance awareness of our brand in your area & perform marketing activities.
  • To generate Leads using online and offline techniques.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • To introduce our brand in the market & make a base for further meetings for your seniors.
  • To give presentations as instructed by your reporting supervisor wherever required.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • To closely record market feedback and share it with your reporting supervisor.
  • To conduct Product Wise Market research and share outputs with your manager to develop further strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for major client accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • You'll have to send the real time WhatsApp location, pictures & contact information of every client that you'll visit as a proof of your physical reporting to site.
  • Daily Travel Log sheet to be submitted to your reporting supervisor without miss at day end.
  • You'll marked present only after submitting your day end reporting to be sent everyday, in case of issues, you'll have to inform your reporting supervisor & take permission to submit report on next day.
  • Anything & everything that is related to your territory or assigned by your immediate supervisor.
  • Other things can be added later as per your potential.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as Sales Executive or a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Excellent Customer Handling skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Salary:
₹17, ₹30,000.00 per month
