Roles and Responsibilities
1 HR business partner(HRBP)would be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.- 2 Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.- 3 Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.- 4 Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.- 5 Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.- 6 Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develops terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.- 7 The individual should be a smart, aggressive and assertive professional with excellent Stakeholder management skills.- 8 Employee Engagement and PMSsupport.
