Graphic Designer ( US Shift)

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent adherence to our brand guidelines, maintaining a unified and recognizable visual identity across all design projects.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that align with marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Create and optimize graphics, illustrations, icons, and other design elements for digital use, considering factors like file size and load times.
  • Arrange design elements in an aesthetically pleasing manner, keeping in mind user experience and readability.
  • Retouch and enhance photos to align with design requirements and brand aesthetics.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining open communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor designs to keep our visuals fresh and appealing.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve outcomes.
  • Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create, edit, and manipulate design assets effectively.
  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience (2 years) in graphic design, preferably in the travel industry or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual composition, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and interpret design briefs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on design quality.
  • Willingness to embrace feedback and iterate on designs as needed.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in design assets.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects that highlight your creativity, technical skills, and design process.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
