    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for working as part of a team at an investment bank
    • Supporting clients in various industries like IT/ BPO, Telecom, Consumer, Pharma, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Retail and Industrials by preparing industry overviews, pitch books, company discussion documents, and analyzing business & financial models
    • Providing high-quality analysis on projects, including industry/market analysis, company reports, financial analysis, and competitive benchmarking through detailed research
    • Understanding financial analysis, operational/financial benchmarking, trading comparables, etc.
    • Contributing to project management for timely deliverables and ensuring client satisfaction
    • Building and managing client relationships effectively, assessing knowledge/information needs

    Required Background

    • MBA/ CFA/ CA qualification
    • 1-4 years experience in supporting Investment banking division of a bank, consulting, boutique, or advisory firm
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Merger Market, etc.
    • Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
