Quality Assurance:


  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical and administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address deficiencies and implement corrective actions.

  • Monitor patient safety protocols and implement measures to minimize risks and prevent adverse events.

Quality Improvement Initiatives:


  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.

Staff Training and Development:


  • Provide training and education to staff members on quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities, audits, and compliance efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders on quality metrics, performance trends, and improvement initiatives.

₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
