Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for guiding the student on study options available for Domestic and Overseas universities as per their profile.
• Counsel the students in the University & Course shortlisting Responsible for a prompt reply to students queries Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets Assisting the students with the admission procedure for universities in Domestic and Abroad
• Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of the universities.
• Follow up with students for pending documents and payments.
• Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads
• Ensure postsales servicing as per the set standards Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.
• Increasing the admissions by telecalls/ Inperson meetings. Able to generate walkins from Database Calling. Monitoring and ensuring timely implementation of all Academics related activities.
• Being Point of contact for queries, grievances, and giving the relevant support for placement opportunities. Ensuring timely completion of training and coordinating with faculty members.

Graduation required [Any stream].

Experience in student counselling for studies in Domestic and Abroad will be an asset Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada is a must.

Work Timings: 6 days working week Monday to Saturday - 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
Sunday Weekly off CANDIDATES HAVING PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME INDUSTRY WILL BE PREFERRED.


Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (preferred)
