    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a talented and innovative Design Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and development, working closely with our design and engineering teams to create cutting-edge digital experiences. Your expertise in coding, design, and user experience will be pivotal in shaping our products and ensuring seamless execution.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into interactive prototypes.
    • Implement responsive web designs, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy across various devices and platforms.
    • Play a key role in user testing and usability studies, gathering valuable insights for design refinement.
    • Continuously optimize and maintain existing user interfaces for improved performance and user satisfaction.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system for consistent and efficient design workflows.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
    • Act as a technical advisor, offering guidance on design feasibility and implementation.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the design and development teams.

    Must Haves:

    • At least 4-8 years of product design/development experience in B2B SaaS, including conducting User Tests and creating high-fidelity prototypes. Experience in Fintech or eCommerce is a significant advantage.
    • Proven experience in front-end development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Experience partnering with stakeholders to develop strategy and reasoning behind design features.
    • You're comfortable and passionate about working in a startup environment that will give you the opportunity to have more ownership over your work.
    • You're eager to drive impact and cultivate the long-term vision for our product.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Portfolio showcasing your design technologist skills and past projects.
    • You can collaborate effectively with a small (but mighty) internal team of passionate individuals from various backgrounds.
    • You're data-driven and results-oriented
    • Experience in JS frameworks such as Vue, React, and Angular is a plus.

    Nice to haves:

    Experience in creating high-fidelity prototypes for SaaS products.

    Skills and Experience:

    4 to 8 years of product design/development experience

    Tools/ Languages :

    Figma, VSCode, HTML, CSS, Javascript & Frameworks.
