Production Supervisor:


Job Desciption:


The position of Production Supervisor consists of supervising and co-ordinating the activities Of producting and operating workers such as inspector, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to monitor / asses performance of other individuals.

Responsibilities:


  • Producing promotional displays, packaging and marketing designs for products and services, design distinctive logos for products and businesses, and developing signs and signage systems.
  • Assessing and determining the needs of the client to portray the desired message and design and its appeal to customers or users.
  • Making suggestions and decisions on colors, artwork, photography, style of type and other visual elements for the design alongwith appropriate size and arrangement of the different elements on the page or screen.
  • Reviewing existing ideas and concepts, revising and modifying them as per client's requirements.
