Key Responsibilities:

l Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the foundry sector.

l Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.

l Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

l Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our products and services.

l Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.

l Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

l Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

l Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance and market insights.


Requirements:

l 2-3 years of proven experience in sales within the foundry sector.

l Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

l Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.

l Willingness to travel as needed.


Pay:
From ₹350,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

  • Foundry sector: 1 year (preferred)
  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
