About The Role

This is an office-based role in Bangalore

This is a techno-marketing role via telecalling and chat support.

Here is an indicative list of responsibilities,

  • You will help customer start their digital journey with the app installation and configuration.
  • Configure retailer's digital presence across Google and social media.
  • Build and catalogue the profile of the digital customers
  • Create marketing programs such as offers and promote the offers with the retailer's end customers
  • Engage the retailer to create new customer offers and promote it
  • Explain new product features and train the retailers to use the feature
  • Constantly engage with the retailer to ensure app usage
  • Drive renewals
  • Update retailers with periodic reports and performance of their online store
  • Support retailers with their online initiatives through the Tarnea App
  • Build referrals and positive testimonials from the retailers
About you

  • You are a recent graduate in any stream.
  • You have sound technical knowledge to handle mobile phones, install apps, and handle social media configurations.
  • You have 23 years of experience in providing technical support or presales based on Android apps.
  • You enjoy developing and maintaining deep professional relationships.
  • You are a people person and can easily befriend even strangers.
  • You are a good listener and would like to help people
  • You are proficient in Malyalam
  • You have good written and verbal skills in English
  • Gogetter attitude and brave enough to communicate with 4050 people daily

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
