Job description:

  • Handle 2nd level escalations and discuss, solve and support team with ongoing
operations


  • Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting
  • Managing a team of Processors in customer driven environment
  • Ensure adherence to KPI and SLAs in delivery by performing sampling audit of the
team on consistent basis covering every team member every week


  • Ensure attritions targets are not breached
  • Manage operations through end to end planning, metrics review and root cause
analysis


  • Review overall staff performance and recommend
Security Roles & Responsibilities

Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.

Ensure subordinates are aware of Company policies, in particular those on Information Security.

Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

Ensure Process adheres to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

Ensure adherence to the Contractual Requirements of the Process/Function.

Encourage all subordinates to Report Security Incidents.

Ensure Compliance and Security Trainings for subordinates are conducted periodically.

Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations
