Position :
System Engineer ll
Minimum 6 years of experience.


Travelling outside India will be involved 50-70%

Responsibilities:


  • Should be well conversant with DCS design and engineering. Should be able to lead the team to deliver the TPS projects. MUST be able to read, P&ID, Understand Flow charts, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Boolean Logic diagrams, etc.
  • Should be able to independently carry out following tasks for Honeywell DCS system: BOM finalization, Design review with customer, Software Detail Design, Engineering, Application Development, Hardware design, Integration of Hardware, FAT with customer, Site Commissioning, system Cutovers, Loop Checking
  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware and software for Honeywell C200/C300 controllers networks.
  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware and software including: TDC/ TPS controllers (AM/APM/HPM/EPLCG ), UCN/LCN level devices and networks, Data Hiway and Experion PKS, DCS equipment, GUS and HMI graphics.
  • Has done Projects or Systems Engineering on multiple PLC, DCS and SCADA systems.
  • Experience on Honeywell DCS (Experion) systems or Honeywell Experion ( C200 / C300) Experience on Honeywell DCS (Experion and TPS/TPN/TDC3000) systems or Honeywell Experion ( c200 / C300)
  • Control systems Project Design and Engineering, Installation and Commissioning, Onsite support, System platform Migrations, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, FAT and SAT for multiple PLC and DCS projects. Field Instrumentation and Logic development.

YOU MUST HAVE:


  • Bachelors degree in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering
