Description

Looking for a full-time junior graphic designer to join our agency.

You will play a crucial role in developing visually captivating designs that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages across various digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs that align with clients' brand identity and effectively communicate their messages.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts using various tools and software.
Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, standees, hoardings and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different channels.
Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and other professionals to bring creative concepts to life.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and design discussions.

Requirements:

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Must have a good sense of aesthetics.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies in graphic design.
Should have access to a laptop, design softwares and a stable Internet connection.
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
