Responsibilities:

Responsiblefor driving company sales by sourcing new clients(ClientAcquisition)
Connect with client using allcommunication channel
Ability to createactionable marketing strategies network and build lastingprofessional relationships
Participate incrafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenuefrom clients.
Negotiating with clients tosecure the most attractive prices.
Regularfollow ups with all the Prospects for Businessgeneration.
Suggesting upgrades or addedproducts and services that may be of interest toclients
Introduction of the RespectiveStakeholders (Spoc) Person with theclients
Equipping staff with the technical andsocial skills needed to enhance sales.
Downloading the requirement to the recruitment team forHiring.
Follow up with the Hiring Team forclosing Open positions available with theclients.
Maintaining good relationships withexisting clients.
Forecast sales targets andensure they are met.
Track and record activityon accounts and help to close billing and Payment fromClient.
Submit weekly/monthly progressreports.
Ensure that data is accurately enteredand managed within the company s CRM or other sales managementsystem.
Understand the company s goal andpurpose so that will continual to enhance the company sperformance
Reviewing clients'feedback and implementing necessarychanges.

Requirement:

MBASales/Marketing (Good to Have)
Intuitive andinsightful particularly regarding humanbehaviour.
Ability to generate revenue byidentifying pain points and suggesting suitable products orservices.
Professional yet affabledisposition.
Neat wellgroomedappearance.
