- Equipping staff with the technical andsocial skills needed to enhance sales.
- Downloading the requirement to the recruitment team forHiring.
- Follow up with the Hiring Team forclosing Open positions available with theclients.
- Maintaining good relationships withexisting clients.
- Forecast sales targets andensure they are met.
- Track and record activityon accounts and help to close billing and Payment fromClient.
- Submit weekly/monthly progressreports.
- Ensure that data is accurately enteredand managed within the company s CRM or other sales managementsystem.
- Understand the company s goal andpurpose so that will continual to enhance the company sperformance
