Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Assistant Legal-US Shift at Aeren LPO located in Chandigarh. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform day-to-day tasks to support legal operations during the US shift. This includes assisting with contracts management, managed document review, e-discovery, litigation support, mergers and acquisitions support, and more.

Qualifications

Prior experience in the legal field or as a legal assistant
Familiarity with contracts management, document review, ediscovery, and litigation support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in legal research and using legal databases
Understanding of legal terminology and procedures
Knowledge of legal software and tools
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Availability to work during the US shift
