Description

• Coordinate with all building consultants through all stages of services.
• Have a strong grip over the principles of Vasthu and ensure that all drawings are in compliance of the same.
• Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards, and codes of practice, and drawings in accordance with the statutory and regulatory building requirements.
• Support the technical delivery and implementation of projects including preparation or coordination of working drawings and material selection.
• Develop concepts keeping in mind the practicalities, long term maintenance and environmental & sustainability impacts.
• Participate in giving advice and alternative solutions to the construction team when required.
• Maintain a knowledge and drawing database across all projects.
• Focus on adopting technologies such as BIM, VR, VDC, etc. to reduce the margin of error, increase efficiency and implement the same across all projects.
• Assist the project team in preparing schedules, costs, conditions of contract, etc.
