Growth Hacker - Digital Marketing

Role Overview:


Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:


  • Analyze user data and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and insights.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Experimentation and Optimization:


  • Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates, user acquisition, and retention.
  • Continuously iterate on marketing strategies based on performance data and experiment results.

User Acquisition:


  • Implement growth strategies to acquire new users through channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and referral programs.
  • Identify and leverage emerging platforms and trends for user acquisition.

User Retention and Engagement:


  • Implement tactics to improve product adoption and usage among existing users.

Product Integration and Innovation:


  • Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize growthfocused product enhancements and features.
  • Implement product changes aimed at improving user onboarding, activation, and virality.

Automation and Scalability:


  • Automate marketing processes and workflows to enable scalability and efficiency.
  • Utilize marketing technology tools to streamline operations and optimize performance.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role, preferably in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology tools and platforms, including analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on innovation and experimentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work crossfunctionally with product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Selfstarter mentality with a drive for continuous learning and professional growth.

₹40, ₹75,000.00 per month
