Job Specification:

1) Target achievement on:

Installation set up new pc's.
Troubleshooting addressing day to day it related issues face by user, which includes pc,

laptop ,printer and tablet.

Installation of network printer, maintaining canport, swtichport wise user allocation and

handling the server & computer.

Adsl router installation and configure for internet.
Setup networking including cabling and crimping troubleshoot networking problems.
Troubleshhot of viruses related problem using antivirus software packages user and server.
Taking tally server and file server back up on daily basis.
Coordinating with epby and isps vendor in case of landline & internet failure.
Maintenance firewall, server, tally, dvr cameras, projector, mail confugration in mobile.

2) Developing and Maintaining Relationship:

Developing and maintaining good relationship and rapport with all the employees.
Immediate resolution of customers complaints, dissatisfaction and grievances for internal

healthy work environment and harmony amongst the employees.

3) Adherence to SOP

Adherence to SOP will reflect in the following areas

Maintain cleanliness and Hygienic condition, healthy environment in the workplace.
Highest staff satisfaction in terms of workload and working environment by proper

manpower utilization.

4) Others

Adherence to Company norms related to HR.
To maintain harmony within the department and coordination with other departments.
To maintain self health and safety during working hours.

To adhere to company rules and regulations pertaining to Safety and Environment.

Pay:
₹25, ₹27,000.00 per month
