Description
Servers Operating system installation, re-installation, configuration, reconfiguration, patch update, additional software installation along with configuration, performance tuning and periodic updates.
- Diagnosis of Hardware, Cloud, Virtualization and Operating system related issues and immediate reporting to FM with a resolution / work around.
- Periodic Password change for all server and devices as per the policy. Call logging and coordinate with concerned hardware OEM for any hardware faults until the faulty hardware is replaced/ repaired and proper functioning.
- Installation, Reinstallation, configuration, and maintenance of Backup Software & Backup Jobs.
- Configuration of Share/ LUN/ Partitions/ RAID on storage for Cloud & AI ML/DL Infra.
- Other System Admin related job.
