Required Skills and experience
To be a successful Technical Recruiter;

You will be selfmotivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout.
You will have 1+ year experience as a Technical recruiter.
Bachelors IT or relevant degree.
Handson experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
Experience on VMS & ATS.
Clear understanding of Visa processes.
Hard working and willing to learn.
