Roles and ResponsibilitiesGenerate enquiries and leads, coordinate with sales teams to convert the leads and enquiries into closers.
Call and develop business relationships with prospect customers.
Understand the importance of exports and imports and generate the leads accordingly as per the requirement figure novel ways that can help Gxpress expand its business.
Work on the monthly and weekly targets
Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales targets.
Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm's freight transportation services.
Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationships with shippers and carriers.
Responsible for aiding successful pickup and delivering.
Desired Qualification and Experience
International or domestic calling in premium call centres or doing business development over phone and direct communication.
Proficient in spoken English language and has natural flair to talk to people about International logistic work with them to achieve both tangible and intangible results.
Experience: 1- 3 years in International telecalling
