Responsibilities:

• Aid in managing sales activities and provide comprehensive support to sales operations, ensuring efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments for prompt product delivery, emphasizing finance and logistics integration.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, maintaining exceptional service standards, and promptly addressing concerns.
• Maintain precise sales records and databases for efficient operations and client communication.
• Prepare and disseminate sales reports to enable performance monitoring and identification of improvement areas.
• Assist in sales proposal preparation, enhancing client engagement and relationship management.
• Coordinate sales activities, ensuring seamless communication, productivity maximization, accurate order processing, and optimized inventory management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is necessary.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience in the chemical industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Applicants should fall within the age range of 28 to 40 years.
