    SW Full Stack Tech Lead
    Job description

    The customer applications - channels team builds connected car features used by Stellantis customers, covering a myriad of technologies and off-board systems that ranges from Android/iOS mobile applications, micro-frontend web portal, Alexa skills-based voice applications.

    As a tech organization, our primary focus is to build seamless customer experience by these off-board systems.

    The off-board systems are complex in that they cover mobile applications, web portals, cloud platforms, back office systems, contact centers and integration with third party systems.

    All of these systems must have robust solutions developed to support high availability and fast response of services expected by our customers.

    In addition, the connectivity systems developed by Stellantis is global (build once deploy globally) with regional adaptations. If you are looking for a challenging, fast paced, dynamic work environment, consider joining the Connectivity team area.


    Primary responsibilities can include:
    Design architecture, code and maintain full stack applications.

    Must have hands-on experience in both front-end (app & web) and back-end development (AWS & python), development frameworks and third-party libraries.

    Good knowledge of cloud-based native services and build environments.
    Optimize code for performance, stability and maintainability.
    Work with a cross-functional team of application/UI software engineers, QA/Validation, and designers.

    Provide direct and technical leadership to delivery teams and act as an escalation point for implementations performed by the team.

    Solve complex technical problems using industry best practices while being compliant to enterprise security policies.
    Debug performance issues in large scale distributed systems.
    Lead technical designs, set technical direction and coordination for Junior Developers Develop automation, monitoring, and debugging tools.
    Good knowledge of source code management standards.
    Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, monitoring and defect analysis.

    Lead security evaluation and analysis process for each main SW build/release: vulnerabilities, remediation plan, monitoring of remediation, static and dynamic code analysis.

    Manage centralized dashboard that collects all the applications and test results.
    Scouting, evaluating and implementing of new solution to increase reliability and effectiveness of the solution.
    Collaborate with on board team to analyze and validate E2E Solution for Connected Vehicle.


    Requirements:
    Strong background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
    Minimum 7 years of experience building successful full stack applications and frameworks with a large user base.

    Minimum 5 years of hands-on working experience with back-end technology PHP, NodeJS, Python, Java and at least one of the frameworks such as Symphony, FastAPI, Spring Boot, Flask or DJango.

    Preferably PHP with Symphony.

    Minimum 5 years of hands-on working experience with major AWS cloud native services like S3, Lambda, App Runner, CDN, ECS, EKS, CloudFormation, IoT, Kinesis.

    In-depth knowledge of non-relational databases (Mongodb, Dynamodb, etc.) and ORMs (Entity Framework, Dapper).

    Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience with front-end technology Kotlin, Typescript, ES6 and at least one of the frameworks such as Angular, React or VueJs.

    Preferably Angular.
    Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience of building mobile apps using Android or Swift.
    Experience building Kafka pipelines and real-time analytics.
    Experience with observability products (ELK stack, EFK Stack, Azure monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).
    Experience using DevOps CI/CD tools (GitOps, Docker, Jenkins, TeamCity, Artifactory, SonarQube).
    Documented experience on complex system projects as a Developer.
    Confidence with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
    Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems.


    Desirable Experience:
    Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, K8s administration, devops, and CI/CD.
    Knowledge of building micro-frontend or PWA web apps
