    Salesforce Tech-Lead

    IT Experience:
    Min 8 years

    Salesforce Experience:
    Min. 5 years

    Hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations (especially salesforce flows and other std configurations) and Customizations (APEX coding, triggers, classes, LWC framework, Lightening Aura framework, etc)

    Strong experience in code reviews, salesforce best practice implementations, coaching and mentoring juniors
    Experience in supporting architect in Salesforce discovery workshops with clients (to define scope and requirements)
    Strong and effective in communication. Should be well-versed with onshore-offshore model and timings as the core dev team will be at offshore

    Tech Lead Experience:
    Successful Implementation of 2-3 projects as a dedicated Salesforce technical lead
    Complex Salesforce Development Experience is a must
    Well-versed with Integrations (Inbound, outbound interfaces, REST & SOAP APIs) to define enterprise solutions along with Salesforce best practices

    Certifications needed:
    Admin
    Dev I, Dev II
    Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud


    Nice to Have:
    Either of Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce Systems architect


    Additional Requirements:
    Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud Experience is Must, preferably on the manufacturing domain (medical equipment)

    Nice to Have:
    Industry Cloud Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service
    Experience on middleware MuleSoft and DellBoomi will be additional advantage
