Description
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to share the projects details and fixing the site visits

Responding to inquiries on phones and explaining our different projects offered by the company

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers and to maintain relationship for further business

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
:

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements
:

Updating and maintaining the entire database of day to day leads coming from difference marketing activities
:

Keeping follow up and providing the updates to the Sales team in a uprofessional manner
:

Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements
:

Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Salary:
From ₹12,000.00 per month
