Description
Position - Plant Mechanic

Qualification - ITI / Diploma mechanical


Responsibilities:


  • Preventative and Breakdown maintenance of Automatic concrete paver block manufacturing machinery, equipment's and vehicles (Truck, Wheel loader, forklifts)
  • Diagnosing and repairing failures in Machine & vehicles
  • Installation of new equipment like gear motor, vibrators, hydraulic cylinders, chain conveyor
  • Overhauling, replacement of bearings, chain drives, alignment, Greasing, Lubrication.
  • Following industry best practices and other safety guidelines
  • Logging performed maintenance work through documentation
Requirements and skills

  • Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role
  • Great understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics
  • Familiarity using various power and hand tools, such as hosts and grinders
  • Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy loads
  • Problemsolving and organizational skills
  • ITI/DIPLOMA in engineering or manufacturing
  • A driver's license is a plus

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune 410, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
