The opportunity
This role aims at providing frontline support to external clients of EY.
This provides an opportunity to the team member to become the face of the organization to set high-quality standards of the service we provide as an organization.
This is an opportunity to also showcase our ability to empower clients with futuristic systems.This is opportunity has come about as a replacement for one of the team members who moved out from EY GDS India.
Your key responsibilities
Skills and attributes for success
- _ Analytical & problems solving skills_
- _ Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal leadership_
- _ Organizational skills to prioritize work_
- _ Experience interacting with Global virtual teams_
- _ Ticket documentation skill will be an added advantage_
To qualify for the role, you must have
- _ Excellent communication skills (Written & verbal)_
- _ Ticket documentation experience in one of the ITIL ticketing tools_
- _ Open to working different shifts and weekends based on roster and business requirements_
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience in UAT testing
- Experience coordinating with different teams to resolve issues
- Documentation of new technical issues encountered
