    Job Title: Project Head

    Location: Mohali, Punjab

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Head to lead our influencer marketing projects in Punjab. As a Project Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving project success. You will play a key role in strategizing, planning, and implementing influencer marketing initiatives to meet our clients' objectives.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Lead and oversee all aspects of influencer marketing projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.

    Develop and implement strategic influencer marketing plans aligned with client objectives and agency standards.

    Manage a team of professionals including project coordinators, content creators, and account managers, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates, strategic discussions, and issue resolution.

    Collaborate closely with internal teams to create compelling campaign concepts, content strategies, and deliverables that resonate with target audiences.

    Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify suitable influencers, negotiate partnerships, and secure contracts that align with client goals and brand values.

    Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and drive exceptional results.

    Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations showcasing campaign effectiveness, insights, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance agency capabilities and offerings.

    Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and quality in all interactions and deliverables.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

    Years of progressive experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and client relationships.

    Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in team management and collaboration.

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to derive actionable insights.

    Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving impactful marketing initiatives.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

    Previous experience in agency setting preferred.
