Field Officer Job Description
We are searching for an applied field officer to evaluate and supervise the deployment of security guards.

The field officer will be required to construct evaluative frameworks, liaise with clients on the ground, and then devise data-driven undertakings that fully align with our stated aims.

You should engage in this iterative endeavor with precision to promote beneficence.
To ensure success as a field officer, you should maintain a trustworthy presence among our program's beneficiaries. Invariably, an excellent field officer will substantiate new concepts with all requisite field data.


Field Officer Responsibilities:

• Hiring & Deployment of guards as required to the assigned site and maintaining their records, attendance, and smooth flow of work at the sites
• Maintaining Paper work and keeping files and track of your respected assigned sites.
• Maintain order and discipline among the guards, and conducting surprise day checks as well as night checks as per client requirement
• Conducting On Job Training, Fire & Safety Trainings, Fire Drills as per client requirement
• The job also include data entry in office during nonfield visit days as per the requirement of management.

Field Officer Requirements:

• Exceptional supervision and relationshipbuilding abilities.
• Post-Graduation or any completed Degree.
• Minimum Work Experience 5 years
• Should be a Certified Fire and Safety Officer.
• Willingness to travel all around Kerala.
• Strong verbal, written, and statistical skills in English would be and added advantage
• Having a two wheeler could be an added advantage.
• Age Limit between 3045

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
