Drive strategy, growth & GTM approaches in multiple geographies for Capgemini Europe

Ideate, synthesize & run transformational initiatives to boost the topline & revenue streams

Partner with account executives/engagement managers to deliver strong client pitches

Enable Capgemini leadership to make strategic decisions & investments for transformational growth

Leverage the latest disruptive industry trends & innovation advancements to build 'out of the box' propositions

Provide strategic guidance and early-stage deal shaping expertise for large deals

Work dynamically and collaboratively across various teams, transversals and practices.

Number and scale of strategic programs designed

Funnel/ Booking growth achieved.

Experience Levels:
experience in consulting, business/corporate strategy, technology consulting or a similar role


Primary Skills:

Knowledge and passion for transformational ideas, business, and technology trends

Good business & financial acumen (market outlook, strategic planning & analysis, data analysis, business case design)

Ability to work closely with leadership in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment

Strong execution skills to conceptualize and build CXO level presentations


Secondary Skils:

Ability to represent complex concepts in an intuitive, appealing, and compelling manner

Ability to think creatively in a problem-solving environment

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
