Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing web and mobile interfaces.
Communicate design intent through a variety of deliverable techniques, including user task flows, conceptual and detailed wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Staying current of industry best practices and trends for UI design and UX processes
Interact with Product Managers & developers and help translate product & business into elegant design.
Develop / constantly innovate on a Design language /UI principle for various components of our product.
Focus on creating design components which can be reused multiple times optimizing user experience and time/complexity of the tech developers to develop the design.
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with product managers, software developers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Provide clear guidance to the development team's questions during implementation phases
Identify and articulate user needs and test internally through user research, refining solutions and decisions using real data.
Create project deliverables that clearly and persuasively communicate the UX strategy and the reasoning behind it

Skills/Experience:

An excellent understanding of layouts, design frameworks, best UX patterns for mobile and web and responsive design principles.
Applicant should have worked on dashboards and should have good knowledge of dashboard design components.
Applicant should have worked on Android and iOS mobile app designs and should have good knowledge about app design components.
Applicant should always be willing to learn & teach to other designers, existing and new skills acquired in specific and generic topics related to design.
Proficiency in industrystandard design and UX software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your UX and visual design skills, problem solving, and expertise
Solid intuition and strong passion for detailed interaction design
Ability to articulate to all audiences (executives, developers, operations)
Strong customer service mindset

Apart from these, additionally it would be helpful if the applicant is also are good at the following (optional)

Frontend development knowledge
Experience with motion/interaction design
