    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to effectively visualize business data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and comprehend data visualization needs.
    • Construct and implement data models in Power BI to facilitate interactive and impactful reporting.
    • Apply data warehousing concepts and best practices to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading procedures.
    • Establish and maintain ETL pipelines to extract data from source systems, transform it according to business rules, and load it into the data warehouse.
    • Conduct data profiling and analysis to ensure data quality and consistency across reports.
    • Fine-tune Power BI performance by optimizing DAX queries, data models, and report designs.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI reports and dashboards as needed.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data visualization, Power BI, and data warehousing.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality BI Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence Developer, with a strong focus on data warehousing.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, encompassing report development, dashboard design, and data modeling.
    • Expertise in SQL querying and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
    • Sound knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies, including dimensional modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
    • Familiarity with ETL tools and technologies such as SSIS, Informatica, or Azure Data Factory.
    • Understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in team environments.
    • Certifications in Power BI or related technologies would be advantageous (optional but preferred).
