Currently exporting to many countries, SMT is a manufacturer of fasteners, flanges, and pipe fittings and the biggest stockist of pipes, tubes, coils, round bar, flat bar, sheet and plate conforming to multiple grades.


Responsibilities:


  • Creating Quotations as requested by Client's.
  • Generating leads over Cold Calling.
  • Resolving issues and Queries of the clients.
  • Coordination with directors for final purchase receipt.
  • Taking feedback from client about delivery and quality of products.
  • After sales service for Existing Clients.
  • Client research and background history.
  • Mailing satisfactory letter after order is completed.
  • Monthly targets should be achieved
  • Get registered on all Government and Multinational companies
  • Getting Vendor code from all clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Continuous search for new clients.
  • Constantly in touch with old clients.

Requisite Skills:

  • Basic knowledge about Export / International Sales.
  • Coordination with the internal team and external vendors to communicate requirements, manage and review the progress, ensure the deliverables meet the expected outcome, and resolving any issues.

Education:


  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • Experience with International Sales and Marketing, specialized in above motioned Industries and Countries.

From Monday to Saturday.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month

  • English, Malayalam, Urdu, Arabic etc. (preferred)
