The company is D&B rated and recognized globally as a trusted company.Currently exporting to many countries, SMT is a manufacturer of fasteners, flanges, and pipe fittings and the biggest stockist of pipes, tubes, coils, round bar, flat bar, sheet and plate conforming to multiple grades.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Quotations as requested by Client's.
- Generating leads over Cold Calling.
- Resolving issues and Queries of the clients.
- Coordination with directors for final purchase receipt.
- Taking feedback from client about delivery and quality of products.
- After sales service for Existing Clients.
- Client research and background history.
- Mailing satisfactory letter after order is completed.
- Monthly targets should be achieved
- Get registered on all Government and Multinational companies
- Getting Vendor code from all clients.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Continuous search for new clients.
- Constantly in touch with old clients.
Requisite Skills:
- Basic knowledge about Export / International Sales.
- Coordination with the internal team and external vendors to communicate requirements, manage and review the progress, ensure the deliverables meet the expected outcome, and resolving any issues.
Education:
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- Experience with International Sales and Marketing, specialized in above motioned Industries and Countries.
From Monday to Saturday.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
