Client Service Executive

Years of Experience 1-5

Joining Period Immediate

  • Communicate with clients
  • Monitoring and Measuring client satisfaction
  • Communicating with clients about queries
  • Prepare plans and concepts for various clients with regard to social media
- activity.

  • Work with clients to understand the project's scope and objectives.
  • Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge about social media marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
  • Generate reports of the marketing campaign.
  • Should have an understanding of social media platforms

Skills Required (Primary)

Skills Required (Secondary)
Should be able to drive the project, organize it and execute it.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills plus a self-starter, able to work

independently from a group.


Salary:
₹60, ₹75,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
