Looking for Delegate Acquisition Associate at our office in Mumbai.

We are widely recognized across the world for our comprehensive evaluation of the world's wealthiest individuals across the globe.

Hurun Report India commenced its operations in 2012 and has been bringing to light, the stories of successful and emerging Indian entrepreneurs ever since and felicitating them at a bouquet of Hurun events hosted PAN India.

The Delegate Acquisition Associate is expected;

  • To identify qualified prospects and effectively present the key features of Hurun Report India events and secure their participation as delegates.
  • To call, invite and maintain a professional relationship with the guests.
  • To initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with mínimal supervision.
  • To develop a prospective delegate contact database.
  • Responsible for researching and finding fitting guest profiles, following up with them for confirmations and ensuring their attendance and hospitality extended to them at all events.
  • Supporting delegates through the registration process.
  • Canvass potential visitors
  • Build relationships with New and past visitors to the shows
  • Update the database with new visitors
  • Excellent communication skills (call and mail etiquette) with demonstrated experience in the Conference & Events function.

  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn and develop concepts quickly and efficiently
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Should have good written & verbal skills to interact with all the top notches of the Industry.
  • Have strong skills to invite Chief Guests, Delegates and other speakers.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
