As our Strategy & Planning expert, you will:

Be a crucial part of the founder's office, leading key projects in various functional areas
Tackle diverse challenges, making a significant impact and propelling Zamp forward

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to identify new opportunities
Managing essential projects vital for business growth
Collaborating with the founder on ongoing business strategies
Working closely with internal teams to drive projects to completion
Taking ownership of key initiatives when necessary
Using structured thinking, research, and execution to solve problems effectively

We are actively seeking individuals with:

4+ years of experience in management/strategy/consulting roles or fast-paced startup environments
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups
Willingness to learn and adapt, with strong communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt to change and acquire new skills as needed
Skill in breaking down complex problems and balancing big-picture thinking with tactical execution
