Role:
Tele Caller
Roles and Responsibilities:
Answering the phonce calls and explaining about the services offered by our hospital.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements.
Scheduling the appointments and Handling the appointment system.
Handling the queries of the customers and co-ordinating with the other teams.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Making recordings of all the phone calls.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
Skills Required:
Having good experience in calling and good oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in speaking Telugu, English and Hindi.
Good Typing and Computer skills(MS Office).
Great interpersonal skills.
Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Hospital is an added advantage.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Good time management abilities.
