Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering client requirements, configuring the CRM system, and providing training and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients from sales to implementation.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and customise the CRM solution to meet their specific requirements.
  • Provide training sessions and user documentation to clients, empowering them to effectively utilize the CRM platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the onboarding experience and product functionality.
