Description
1. Understand Customer needs and develop plans to address them.

  • Identify key persons in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships and retain them.
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors
  • Coordinate with the internal CIMT team for efficient flow of work.
  • Highlight any problems that arise.
  • Monitor the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • B.B.A/B.M.S
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Relationship management or Customer handling or Customer service or Key accounts handling


  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • MS Office knowledge

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
