Key Account Executive - Mumbai, India - Expo Job Consultancy
Description
1. Understand Customer needs and develop plans to address them.- Identify key persons in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships and retain them.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
- Coordinate with the internal CIMT team for efficient flow of work.
- Highlight any problems that arise.
- Monitor the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- B.B.A/B.M.S
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Office knowledge
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
