    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele Sales professional to join our team at OS Mgmt Consulting Services. As a Tele Sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and closing sales deals. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for the real estate industry. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
    • Bachelor's degree in any field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and reach out to potential clients through telecalling or email communication
    • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions for their real estate needs
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market trends and competitive landscape
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
    • Follow up with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance the sales process
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
