Description
Manage statutory compliances such as Payroll, PF, ESIC, Factory Laws, Licensing and Gratuity.
Process payroll accurately and efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Responsibilities of the Executive/Sr. Executive
- Statutory Compliance
- Factory Site
To Make sure the organisation complies as per state labour/factory laws.
Liaising with various departments and authorities.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable under statutory compliance.
Conducting audit as per the state acts and publishing the compliance report.
Preparing statutory registers statewide under all applicable labour laws.
Ensure the inputs reach the Manager on time in the way of MIS.
Statutory Compliance Activities on PAN India for various locations & our sites
transcription, trading and retail etc. in respect of compliance activity end to end.

- Knowledge and experience in
Labour Laws:
Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Shop, Act, Factories Act, Employment Exchange Act, Contract labour Act, Payment of gratuity Act
- Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.
Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational management skills.
Education and Experience Required for the Human Resources Manager Job
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
A minimum of Two years of progressive leadership experience in Statutory Compliance
Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred.
Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management.
