• We are looking for Junior sales manager to direct and control the sales function of particular project site of the company to achieve agreed sales volumes and develop policies and procedures that will meet the objectives of the company's sale strategy.

• Participating in negotiations with the prospect clients in properties and bringing deals to closure
• Meeting targeted number of deals closures every month. Delivering targeted top line as per the projected business plan by meeting sales targets.
• Handling sale inquiries on the sites, walkins and explaining the details about the project, show the sample flat, etc. to the client.
• Proposing and implementing sales promotion activities for the project.
• Commercially and visually aware to drive sales, managed profit and loss and increasing organizational profitability.
• A team player with effective communication, exceptional analytical, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients including government, institutional and corporate accounts, retail customers, NRI customers, liaising with site manager and real estate channel partners, providing product details and facilitating site visits and closing sales from corporate office.

• Experience as a sales professional in real estate industry will be added advantage.
• Proven experience as sales executive or relevant role.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS office.
• Through understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Selfmotivated with result driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• High school Degree
