Roles and Responsibilities
- Company Secretarial activities
- Notice, Agenda, Minutes of meeting & Various filings with MCA, FEMA compliances relating to FDI, accounting & reconciliations.
- Pledging of Shares, release of pledge, and other loan security related work
- Other secretarial compliances of listed as well as nonlisted subsidiaries/associates/group companies.
- Preparation of documents required for the Incorporation of a Company.
- Complete knowledge of secretarial work & compliance applicable for listed company, meeting requirement as per listing agreement, listing obligations
- Fulfilment of related compliance including the filing of forms, as required.
- Compliances of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, for public Listed Company.
