Kolkata (Work From Office)


Shift:
Day (Monday-Friday 10:30AM TO 7PM) (Saturday 10:30AM TO 5:30pm)

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Need to make calls a day to pitch students for various courses.
  • Build sales pipeline/opportunities to achieve the assigned targets.
  • Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path, and understanding how we can help their careers.
  • Targetbased system in which the target assigned has to be achieved in the form of revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should have prior experience in working as a Counselor/Sales Profile.
  • Follow up with the students to ensure a smooth process.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Should be ok to do calls daily.
  • Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Providing guidance and counselling to students regarding their educational courses, assisting them in choosing the most suitable course.
  • Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Should be a gogetter; great execution makes good ideas successful.
  • Should be passionate about the edtech sales/education sector.
